Humans, RaAAAaa!!
Human beings have been always been the same through the ages, generations after generations. It is the constant within variables. The way they are, their "Human Nature" defines their behavior. They are essentially a species of mammals which evolved and progressed until they become the dominant species in earth. They have gained the ability to communicate and cooperate. They have a unique ability to reason, to think and justify. Being human, we are driven by instinct, our beliefs, knowlegde and fears.
Every living thing is designed by the wonderful world of Randomness to have an ability to adapt and survive. We do the very basic thing all animals do in order to achieve survival. Today, human civilization has progressed tremendously. Survival is no longer gladiatorial nor bloody. It is now a competition of knowledge and the way we manipulate other human beings around us. It is how we manage our relationship with those around us. We still possess sufficient resources in Earth that will keep everyone alive. Thus, in developed countries, we do not fight for primal needs. The infrastructure developed over the years has enabled the human race to have access to basic necessities without much hassle. However, human race is an intelligent species. There are more to our well being or "happiness" than just the basic necessities.
Humans need psychological food as well. We seek power and fame. We seek recognition from other human beings. It is the nutrition that our idle minds need; the thing that we call love and affection. We study and train ourselves to be someone that is useful to the society. Humans pursue their dreams every single day without resting so that others would recognise their existence. No matter how small the attention and affection is received, humans would be willing to sacrifice everything for it. It is a never ending race of survival in this modern world. It is the survival to be loved and recognised. This is the spark that ignites the dynamite.
In light of our ability to love and be loved, there cast a shadow of hatred.
